Onboarding and support
Implementing Liccium B2B Services connects your catalogue, metadata and signing processes to the Liccium Registries. The time and effort involved depend on your existing systems, the structure and quality of your metadata, your security and approval processes, and whether your certificates or credentials are already in place.
What Liccium provides
onboarding and implementation support;
mapping of your existing metadata to the formats accepted by the API;
technical guidance on ISCC generation, signing and credential setup;
integration assistance, including adapters for existing data formats where needed.
What your organisation provides
at least one technical contact with knowledge of your asset management, metadata, catalogue or rights systems, and the access rights needed to support integration, testing and rollout;
an environment for running the ISCC generator and integration components – on-premises or in a cloud you control;
an electronic seal certificate or Verifiable Credential for signing declarations.
Typical implementation steps
Scope your catalogue, metadata sources and declaration use cases.
Set up ISCC generation in your environment.
Map your metadata to the declaration format.
Set up your signing keys and credentials, and obtain your API key.
Test declarations before moving to production.
Move to production and automate submission from your workflows.
Availability and support
Liccium operates the registries and APIs as managed infrastructure, including monitoring, maintenance, security updates, backups and incident management for the systems under its control. General platform updates are included in the recurring service fees.
Availability targets, support channels and response times are set out in your agreement with Liccium.
